The challenge
Established in 1996, Bezeq International is a leading Internet and international telecommunications provider. Bezeq International provides complete telecom solutions: international and organizational telephony, Internet, business integration, hosting, data transfer and security services. Bezeq International employs over 2,000 professionals; about 1,000 of them provide customer service and support.
Company managers noticed that unlike other communication channels, there is no correlation between the company's image as customer service oriented, and the visual appearance of its email messages. Impactia was asked for a solution that will present a uniform corporate identity as well as a customer value.
The solution
